Back-to-School Backpack Safety for Kids

We were traveling back from Coeur D’Alene last weekend, and our almost 4 year old daughter had a backpack full of toys, we noticed that the straps weren’t tightened enough, and she immediately told us that her neck hurt. Now there were only small toys, snacks, and an extra set of clothes in there - imagine the weight of books, supplies, and more!
