The Beginning of Two Sparrows Family Chiropractic
Both Dr. Pete and Dr. Jordan attended Palmer College of Chiropractic at the same time, and first met while Dr. Jordan was a cadaver lab tutor for Gross Anatomy. They both went on to become part of the Troxell Intern Program, where they worked in an office setting doing new patient intake, exams, spinal analysis, and x-rays. Beyond in-office care, they taught students the principles of the Gonstead Method at Sunday classes every weekend. While instructors for the program, they also studied with the Gonstead Methodology Institute and achieved more than 100+ hours of training while still in school.
Gonstead Chiropractic Became the Cornerstone
This training was the cornerstone of their future. The Gonstead Method was life-changing for both doctors, because they experienced firsthand how the specificity and intentionality of the analysis was truly set apart. Through specific Gonstead chiropractic, they saw results in their own health, and in the people around them, that surpassed the traditional chiropractic they'd previously been exposed to.
Opening The Chiropractic Practice in Whitefish, Montana
This level of specificity and care was incredibly eye-opening for both doctors, and they decided there was simply no other way they'd want to practice. Upon graduation in 2018, Dr. Jordan set out to work in Montana while Dr. Pete finished his schooling, graduating in 2019.
Dr. Pete began planning what would become Two Sparrows immediately, aiming to open in early 2020. Originally he wanted to open in Columbia Falls - but doors just weren't opening in that direction. Eventually he was led to the perfect location north of the viaduct in Whitefish, MT - the place we now call our clinic home. He signed the papers and started the remodeling process.
God was in the details of all of this: the office had previously been a Gonstead office for over 40 years, Wilson Chiropractic. It felt like such a wink from God, and further cemented that this was home. In January of 2020, Two Sparrows opened its doors. Dr. Jordan joined that June, and since then they have nothing short of gratitude for what's been created these past years.
